dick was building a racecar at the time of his death. after his death, the car was purchased and moved to florida. as found in florida swamp, june 2023.
meteor was sinking into the swamp in florida. lichen moss was covering about half of the firberglass body.
vines were growing over the car, some had been cut away before these photos were taken.
interior had been full of leaves and other debris, most have removed prior to this photo.
the front fenders, doors, hood and trunk had been kept in a large storage container. here they have been loaded in preparation for move back to colorado.

Huge brakes and 16" wheels, wide 6" Goodyear tires.
dick never finished ths car, it will be built the way he intended it to be built. The wheelbase is 88", with an outside tread of 56" front. the overall length is 156".
